This paper is an input to the Global Federation of Competitiveness Council's annual "Best Practice" publication.
The availability of competitively priced world-class infrastructure (such as energy, telecommunications, transportation including roads, public transport, airports and seaports, and waste and water systems), and related services are critical to support competitiveness. This paper summarises the NCC's views on capital investment, making the case in support of increased public funding.
